Chic and Classic Chanel Cupcakes

I love getting orders from my dear friend Clarissa ^_^

They are always fun to make and test my skills as a decorator,
hence I really enjoy making them.

She asked me to make 12 Chanel theme cupcakes in black and white!
I settled on 6 designs - high heel, handbag, perfume bottle, dress and thank you message. Each design in black, as well as white.

This makes up 12 fondant toppers. My personal favourite is the handbag, I love the finer details on them, such as the stitching and the knots on the handles.

Thank you, Clarissa for trusting me to deliver a another special design yet again!

Frozen Design 1 - Frozen Castle Cake for Xu Ann

The 1st Frozen Castle cake has very good reviews and feedback.
We were very happy to hear them.

Within days, Debbie called to order a Frozen Castle cake for her little princess.

She wanted exactly the same design and we were happy to oblige! ^_^

This time we brought in Frozen figurine sets for the convenience of our customers, therefore we used a set for Xu Ann's cake.

Isn't she very pretty in her Elsa costume?
Happy 5th Birthday, Xu Ann!

To congratulate him, a few of his lovely students including my dear friend Clarissa.

Here's the mixed martial arts expert, with his gift!

Cake is simple in design but the colours used is significant, it is in green, blue and yellow
which represents Brazil's national colours. Congratulations! ^_^

Adrian's 37th Toyoya 86 Sports Coupe Birthday Cake

Toyota 86 Sports Coupe in Velocity Orange.
I made this car topper for my friend Adrian, at his wife Dolly's request.
I've never made a big car topper before and I was keen to try.

Adrian was all smiles!

This is a large chocolate cake, frosted with buttercream and covered in white fondant.
The wordings on the cake were - MOVING FORWARD and LET'S GO PLACES!
On the front of the cake, I added HAPPY 37TH.
The occasion was farewell and birthday for Adrian.
I made all the lettering in red and yellow marble fondant to resemble fire, fitting for a trailblazing guy!

Happy 37th birthday and fond farewell, Adrian!

Sean Jacob's 10th Birthday Cake

Birthday cakes can be simple and cute.
I made this as a surprise gift for my eldest son's classmate.
We planned for a class gathering and it happened to be Sean Jacob's birthday!
A medium square chocolate cake covered in blue fondant,
decorated with 10 bright yellow stars as Sean Jacob was turning 10!
Happy birthday, Sean Jacob!

Colourful Blooms for Grandma

The grandchildren decided to pool together their savings
and buy grandma a cake for her 80th birthday.
My buddy Karin called to ask me to make a nice cake for her mother-in-law.
Grandma didn't like cakes that are too sweet and she has high standards for cakes.
I was up to the challenge! ^_^

Since this cake was a gift from the kids, I decided to cover the with white fondant
and put colourful blooms all over it.
I also wrote the chinese character 寿 meaning longevity, using fondant ropes. Nice?
The end result is a cheerful and eye-catching cake!
Grandma gave her seal of approval! She even packed some cake home! Yay!
Happy 80th birthday, Grandma!

Birthday Cake for Professor Gamal Hassan

Professor Gamal Hassan is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu champion and an instructor at Evolve. My dear friend Clarissa ordered this cake for his 32rd birthday.

I didn't know him personally, so I tried my best to make a figurine based on his photos.

I made a medium chocolate cake and covered it in blue and white marbled fondant.
The figurine wore his level belt and another bigger replica of his belt draped around the cake.

Happy 32rd birthday, Prof!
